Wonderful experience. Super comfortable hotel right in the center of UMASS Campus. The breakfast bar was pretty great from coffee choices to gluten free options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have business at the Campus.

I’ll update this -hotel is clean and central - but I’m dealing with excessive credit card charges that keep showing up on my card and I checked out three days ago. Get a receipt and if you don’t get a receipt email and ask for one. Right now I want people to be aware. I’ll update when this is resolved. And how it was resolved… Evening Update! This was completely resolved. The management went above and beyond to make sure that everything was cleared up. No further concerns at this time. It seems I had an unusual situation. Revised star ratings to all 5 starts.

It was an excellent value. It had food options that are unique to any 2.5 star hotel as this one.

Located in the center of UMass, right above campus center. Near the campus pond. Easy access to campus dining facilities. Rooms are spacious and clean, but a bit old. Staff friendly but some not very experienced. Slightly pricy for a campus hotel. Not easy for cars to drive up to the front gate.

Lovely hotel. Inexpensive option in the summer in Amherst. Healthy options for breakfast. Great little shop for snacks on the garage level. Clean comfortable rooms. Parking is cheap. Not noisy. Parking garage takes time to get used to going around and around to get to the hotel.

Excellent hotel, with lovely spacious rooms. Definitely nicer than a “2 star hotel” as it’s listed on google.

Everything was perfect. Close to Amherst College campus and multiple bus stops. Rooms were spacious and clean, and had great views, every two days had great room service. Breakfast was mid but still the room is a good package within affordable price. Definitely disagree with other reviews about rooms looking like hostel. But don’t know about the other issues people mentioned.
